Stacey Sickler is the Mortgage Lending Team Leader at C&N. Stacey has been in Mortgage Lending for 21 years including 13 with C&N. She is responsible for originating residential mortgages, including purchase, refinance, new construction and land financing, in Bradford County, PA and the Southern Tier of NY. Stacey's office is in our Sayre Branch located at 1827 Elmira Street, Sayre, PA 18840.

She holds her B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Susquehanna University and is a graduate of the Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University. She is also a graduate of the NY Penn Leadership Program. Active in her community, Stacey is treasurer of the Spalding Memorial Library and a member of the Choices Program and her children’s school PTG.

Stacey and her husband, David, have two children and live in the Athens area.

Michelle Rae is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bradford County. She had 19 years of experience in a similar capacity prior to joining C&N's Lending Team in 2012. Michelle's office is in our Towanda Branch located at 428 Main Street, Towanda, PA 18848.

Michelle has her Bachelor's Degree in Business with Minors in Communications and Human Resources.

Kathi Heimbach is a Business Development Sales Officer at C&N covering Bradford and Tioga Counties. She has 26 years of banking experience with C&N. Kathi received her certificate from the PBA School of Banking in 2009. She has been involved in Lending since January of 2009, specializing in Mortgage and Small Business Lending. She grew up on a dairy farm and owns an operating farm, so she can to identify with the small business pressures to be successful in rural PA. She works with customers that can include a mix of wage income, business income and property types. She enjoys being able to work with a variety of requests. Ronald Seymour is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bradford County, PA and the southern tier of New York. He joined C&N in 2019 as a Universal Banker and earned his Mortgage Loan Originator License in September of 2020. Upon graduating from Waverly High School in 2002, Ronald attended Elmira Business Institute, focusing on legal and business administration. Ronald brought several years of valuable managerial experience with him to C&N. Prior to joining the C&N family, he worked at Walmart SuperCenter in Painted Post as an Operations Manager, and later as the General Manager of the Victorian Manor in Waverly, NY. Ronald’s commitment to his community is evident in how he spends his free time. He has volunteered at the Salvation Army and Catholic charities and has clocked many hours volunteering with food banks in the area. He has also previously been heavily involved in coordinating charity drives and other community outreach programs for the Waverly Lions Club. Ronald resides in the Sayre area with his wife, Ashley, and his son.

Heather Malvica is a Mortgage Loan Originator in C&N’s Sayre office, covering Bradford County and surrounding areas. Combining her prior job experience with her tireless work ethic, Heather is well positioned to match her customers with the best financial solutions for their home needs.  Heather joined C&N in February of 2021 after 18 years at Verizon as a Solutions Manager, where she honed her skills in project management and customer relations. Upon joining C&N, Heather has completed several programs with the Mortgage Bankers Association, earning multiple certifications in the Mortgage Lending Industry.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Elmira College prior to her job at Verizon. As a resident of the Waverly area, she takes pride in her community and in the strong relationships she builds with her neighbors. She loves to volunteer her time whenever possible, including the Valley Playland Rebuild and at the local elementary school. When not at work, Heather spends most of her time with her husband, Chris, and their three children.
