Overview of Contest
Capture scenic photos of our region (Bradford, Bucks, Cameron, Lycoming, McKean, Potter, Sullivan, Tioga or York County, PA and Canisteo, Hornell and Elmira, NY area)
Photos must be taken by an amateur photographer, an individual who does not make money off their photography
Photos must be horizontal and fit 11"x8" and 300 dpi.
Photos of people will not be considered
