Kevin is a Commercial Lending Relationship Team Leader in Sayre and has been with C&N since 2005. He has 24 years of commercial lending experience. He holds his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca. He and his wife, Michelle, and their four children live in Waverly. Kevin is a member of the Tioga County Industrial Development Agency board and the Sayre Enterprise Center Board. He is a member of the Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Waverly, NY.

Amy has been helping clients achieve their business goals for more than 15 years. She holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Government from Cornell University and her Masters of Government Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia. She has extensive lending and sales experience, having held various positions as sales team leader, branch manager and loan officer in her career. Amy also has policy and regulatory experience, having been previously employed as Director of National Government Affairs and Dairy Specialist for the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, Government Relations Director for PennAg Industries Association, Ombudsperson for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture in Harrisburg and Director of Communications for Dairy Farmers of America North East in Syracuse. She is very active in the community, serving on Emergency Service Boards, Boy Scouts committees and children's sporting committees. Having operated a dairy farm in Troy, Amy has a passion for agriculture. Amy and her husband, Scott, have three children and reside on their farm in Troy.

Kathi Heimbach is a Business Development Sales Officer at C&N covering Bradford and Tioga Counties. She has 26 years of banking experience with C&N. Kathi received her certificate from the PBA School of Banking in 2009. She has been involved in Lending since January of 2009, specializing in Mortgage and Small Business Lending. She grew up on a dairy farm and owns an operating farm, so she can to identify with the small business pressures to be successful in rural PA. She works with customers that can include a mix of wage income, business income and property types. She enjoys being able to work with a variety of requests. A graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Banking, Advanced School of Banking and School of Commercial Lending, William has 25+ years of commercial lending experience and 31 years in the banking industry overall. It’s this level of experience, along with a genuine commitment to help his clients reach their goals, that makes William such an asset to the C&N team. 

William works closely with Community Office Managers & Commercial Team members in developing and originating small business loans for all branches of C&N. His community connections run deep, having been Mayor of Canton Borough for four years and Canton Borough Council President for four years. He also serves as treasurer for both the Western Bradford Development Corporation and Park Cemetery Association.
