Stacey Sickler
Stacey Sickler is the Mortgage Lending Team Leader at C&N. Stacey has been in Mortgage Lending for 21 years including 13 with C&N. She is responsible for originating residential mortgages, including purchase, refinance, new construction and land financing, in Bradford County, PA and the Southern Tier of NY. Stacey's office is in our Sayre Branch located at 1827 Elmira Street, Sayre, PA 18840.
She holds her B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Susquehanna University and is a graduate of the Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University. She is also a graduate of the NY Penn Leadership Program. Active in her community, Stacey is treasurer of the Spalding Memorial Library and a member of the Choices Program and her children’s school PTG.
Stacey and her husband, David, have two children and live in the Athens area.

Michael S. Hatlee, QKA, QPFC
Michael joined C&N in February of 2006. He is an honors graduate of Cornell University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1986.
Michael has received two designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries: the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation and the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designation.
Prior to joining C&N, Michael managed the Retirement Services Group at Chemung Canal Trust Company in Elmira, New York. He has a combined total of 20 years of experience as a trust department officer, including 17 years delivering retirement plan administration and investment services.
Larry W. Rudawsky, J.D.
Larry Rudawsky joined C&N in 2014 and is a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator. Larry has over twenty years experience in plan administration and legal oversight having previously worked for Chemung Canal Trust Company, UMB Bank, n.a., and Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Ohio, having earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University and his B.A. from Kent State University.
In terms of community service, he serves as Treasurer of the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes and Board Member of the Arnot Health Foundation. Mr. Rudawsky also chairs the Lifelong Learning Committee for The Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University.
Sam Lush
Sam has been with C&N since 2011 and is currently the South Regional Manager of Financial Services. Prior to joining C&N, Sam was a Wealth Manager at Wienken Wealth Management in State College. Sam graduated with honors in business administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Sam holds a Series 7 and 66 securities license as well as his insurance license.
Kelly Fasse
Kelly Fasse is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Tioga and Chemung Counties. She has 24 years of banking experience with C&N. Kelly's office is in our Mansfield Branch located at 1085 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA 16933.
Kelly attended Pennsylvania College of Technology and she holds several banking diplomas from the American Bankers Association. She is also active in the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce.
Elizabeth Johnson
Elizabeth Johnson is a Regional Community Office Manager based in the Sayre branch. A native of the Troy area and graduate of Troy High School, Elizabeth has been in banking since 2008. Prior to coming to C&N, she held positions at Key Bank in Columbus, OH and Regions Bank in Anniston, AL.
Kim Whiting
Kim Whiting is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Cameron, Elk, Potter & McKean Counties. She has 21 years of banking experience with C&N. Kim's main office is located at 135 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA 15834. Her satellite office is located at 10 N. Main Street, Coudersport, PA 16915.
Kim graduated from I.U.P. Academy of Culinary Arts and was also a Graduate of Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking and Advanced School of Banking. She currently is a board member of the Cameron County Chamber and the Cameron County Industrial Development Authority/Industrial Planning Corporation. She is also a member of the Emporium Rotary Club, member of the North Central Loan Review Board and serves as an Auditor for the County of Cameron.
George Greeley
With over 23 years of experience in the finance industry, George Greeley brings a wealth of knowledge to C&N. Currently, he is the Senior Loan Underwriter where he reviews credit reports and approves loans on a daily basis. In his time at C&N, he has also held the positions of Branch Lender and Business Development Officer. He is a graduate from the School of Banking, Advanced School of Banking and Commercial School of Banking. George maintains his superlative industry knowledge by taking courses offered through the American Institute of Banking, and by attending several educational seminars and conferences each year.
Nathan Gage, QKA, AIF
Upon joining C&N in 2006, Nathan has been involved in all facets of administration and service for our clients’ qualified retirement plans. Because his department handles everything in-house at C&N, his scope of expertise includes developing plan documents, record-keeping, investment selection and personalized retirement income planning for plan participants.
Nathan’s previous experience with Seligman Data Corp as a Senior Business Analyst allowed him to develop knowledge in investment services. Prior to that position, He was a 401(k) plan administrator at Citistreet where he gained valuable expertise in retirement planning and administration. With his unique combination of skills and experience, Nathan provides unparalleled service and expertise for his clients.
After receiving his BS in Secondary Education from the Pennsylvania State University, Nathan acquired his MBA from the University of Southern Maine. He is a member of the OSSEA Masonic Lodge.
Chrissi Hume
Chrissi Hume is the Treasury Management Coordinator at C&N. She has been with C&N since 2008, where she started as an Account Services Representative. As the leader of the Treasury Management Department, Chrissi works closely with business clients to understand their financial operations and make sure they have the appropriate banking services to fit their business needs. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), and she received her degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.

Philip Prough, CFP®, Senior Vice President & Senior Investment Officer
Philip is the Trust Investment Manager and oversees the investment unit of the Trust and Financial Management Group. His responsibilities include the oversight of investment strategies, investment analysis and manager selections. Philip joined C&N in 2000. He was previously responsible for the delivery of C&N’s financial services, including the sales and service of Trust, Brokerage and Insurance services. He also retains administration duties for client accounts.
Prior to joining C&N, Philip’s experience at C&N, Prough Insurance Agency and Parente Randolph provided him with valuable skills and insight to lead his team to success at C&N. Philip’s driving philosophy is that “providing a deep, knowledgeable team gives our clients assurance that we have a sustainable support network to meet their changing financial needs. But it’s our personal service that demonstrates our clients will always be our primary focus.”
Philip is an honors graduate from Lycoming College, receiving his Bachelor's of Arts degree in Accounting. He received his Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University in 2012 and has held the designation of Certified Financial Planner® practitioner since 2003. He also holds various securities and insurance licenses.
Mike Charles
A C&N employee since October 2001, Mr. Charles holds his BA degree in financial accounting, graduating from Lycoming College in 1996. In August of 2003, Mr. Charles earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and is past president of its North Central chapter, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Government Relations Policy Committee and was a member of its predecessor Tax, Trust and Estates Advisory Committee, and has served as an instructor with Pennsylvania Bankers Association Professional Development Network. Active in his community, Charles is a board member and past president of the Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of its Enhancement, Finance and Laurel Festival committees.
Halle Niklaus
With over 30 years in the industry, Halle has cultivated extensive expertise through her knowledge of many functions, including branch management, commercial lending, small business development and, most recently, small business lending utilizing the SBA and USDA loan guarantee programs.
After receiving her Accounting degree with High Honors from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Halle pursued industry-related certificates through the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking and their Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending.
Halle prides herself on striving to identify the financing needs of the small business and commercial client and providing solutions designed specifically for their needs. She finds reward in contributing to the economic success of our community, which starts with the small business owner. She is a member of the Williamsport Area School District Advisory Board and Lock Haven University’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Board and Small Business Development Center Board. She also serves as a member of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce and City of Williamsport Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Millionaire Chapter of Business Network International. In addition, she still makes time to dedicate to the South Williamsport United Methodist Church as the Finance Committee Chairperson and the Kahletown Cemetery Association as Treasurer.
Larry Alderson, CFP®, CTFA
Larry is a local industry veteran with extensive knowledge and expertise in all facets of financial planning. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, he has been with C&N since 1999 and is currently the Trust Sales & Services Manager, a role in which his personal goal of helping people is fulfilled day in, day out. He believes that “superior service” means getting to know our clients, understanding what is truly important to them, and helping them put a plan together to accomplish those very personal desires.
Larry is an Honors Graduate of Cannon Financial Institute, Trust Schools 1, 2, & 3. He has also completed the College for Financial Planning Professional Education and the American Bankers Association Private Wealth Management School. In addition to holding the designation of both Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Certified Financial Planner practitioner (CFP), he also holds Security Licenses Series 7 – General Securities Representative and Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent, as well as Life, Accident, Health and Property Casualty Insurance Licenses. Larry served as a member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advisory Committee on Financial Planning from 2002 through 2004.
Larry is known to be an exceptionally active member of his community. He was appointed and/or elected to Pike Township Board of Supervisors from 1992 through 2011. He is also an active member and Sunday School teacher of the Rome Presbyterian Church, Past President of Athens Rotary, a member of LeRay Lodge #471 F. & A.M., a member of the Financial Planning Association, and has been a member of the Finance and Investment Committee for the Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers since its inception in 2002.
Karen Good
With 14 years of lending and industry experience, Karen has strong ties to the region, which are most evident in her extensive professional and academic accomplishments. With a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, Karen began her career at a local finance company where she spent five years building a valuable foundation of industry knowledge. She expanded upon that foundation as a mortgage consultant at two local banks where she spent 7 years and 2 years respectively. As a mortgage specialist with C&N, Karen takes pride in the strong, long-lasting relationships she creates with her clients. Karen serves Lycoming, Clinton and Centre counties.
Tammy Davis
Tammy has established a reputation for delivering a superior standard of excellence to her clients, as well as throughout the community. She joined the C&N team in September of 2016 and is currently Vice President/Senior Commercial Loan Sales Officer covering the Chemung and Steuben County market. As a graduate of the ABA Stonier National Graduate School of Banking and the Wharton School Leadership Certification program, Tammy brings over 20 years of industry experience and most recently served as Senior Vice President at Elmira Savings Bank. Her philosophy hinges on building a strong sense of trust and mutual respect with her clients. She said, “Trust can only be earned over time and by demonstrating accountability – holding one another accountable leads to creating success together.”
Her dedication to her community is clearly evident, as she serves as a Board Member and Treasurer for Woodbrook Assisted Living and serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Design Team for the Elmira City School District National Academy of Finance School. Tammy previously served on the board for the United Way of the Southern Tier, Meals on Wheels of Chemung County, The American Red Cross, Southern Tier Industries Advisory Board for Chemung ARC, YWCA of the Twin Tiers and Elmira City Club.
Ben Howe
A lifelong resident of Elkland, PA, Ben joined C&N in 2012. With a focus on Retirement Planning, Estate Planning and Investment Management, he also provides Insurance and Financial Consultation and holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations. Prior to joining C&N, Ben held positions at Unifirst Corp as a Sales Representative and District Service Manager. He was also a Marketing and Sales Associate at JT International. Throughout all of these roles and experiences, Ben has cultivated a unique skillset that focuses on building relationships with his clients. "Every client has different needs and objective, I enjoy the challenge and opportunity to find the right solutions for them."
Ben earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. He is an active volunteer for Relay for Live for the American Cancer Society and enjoys spending time in the outdoors.
Ryan Satalin
Ryan J. Satalin is a Senior Commercial Loan Sales Officer at C&N. Ryan has a wealth of experience in the financial arena, joining C&N in 2011. He previously spent four years with M&T Bank Corporation in Baltimore, MD, as a commercial relationship manager. He later moved to the M&T offices in Williamsport, PA, where he served as a business banking relationship manager.
He holds his BA degree from Johns Hopkins University and his MBA degree in finance from Iona College.

Jenny Murphy is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Chemung County, NY and surrounding areas. She joined C&N in July of 2017 and her office is in the Elmira Loan Production Office, located at 250 E. Water Street, Elmira, NY 14901.
With over 15 years of experience in the lending industry to draw from, Jenny is able to provide her customers with superior service. She previously worked at Elmira Savings Bank as a Consumer Loan Officer where she excelled at matching customers with the loan products that met their needs. She served as a member of their Service Team for 10 years and as a bank mentor for two years. As a testament to her ambitions, Jenny attended many workshops and seminars to further extend her industry knowledge, and worked to receive several certificates from accredited banking sources.
Pete Boergermann
Pete Boergermann joined C&N in 1998 and has served as VP Information Technology Manager/Information Security Officer since 2006. In his new role as the Director of Information Security, he is responsible for managing the information security program at C&N, while also championing IT security to make it a critical part of C&N’s business operations.
A United States Air Force Veteran, Pete graduated from the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations through Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management in 2006 and completed the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PBA) School of Banking in 2009. He earned his credentials as a Certified Information Executive from USC Upstate Campus’s Institute for CIO Excellence in 2016. He also puts his expertise to valuable use as a member of the PBA IT Technology Committee and Chair of the PBA Cyber Sub-committee.
In his spare time, Pete serves as a School Board Member of New Covent Academy and as an Elder at the Church of the New Covent and volunteers for Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally and the Annual Laurel Classic Mountain Bike Challenge. He lives in Wellsboro with his wife, Cassie, and has three daughters, Alyssa, Joy and Mikaela.
Michelle Rae
Michelle Rae is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bradford County. She had 19 years of experience in a similar capacity prior to joining C&N's Lending Team in 2012. Michelle's office is in our Towanda Branch located at 428 Main Street, Towanda, PA 18848.
Michelle has her Bachelor's Degree in Business with Minors in Communications and Human Resources.
Linda Gordner
Linda Gordner is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N. Linda is responsible for originating residential mortgages, including purchases, refinance, new construction and land loans in the Lycoming and surrounding counties. She has over 40 years of banking experience, including 16 years with C&N. Linda’s office is in our Muncy Branch located at 3461 State Rt. 405, Muncy, PA 17756.
Linda is a graduate of Central Atlantic School of Banking, Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking and Commercial Lending at Bucknell University.
Active in her community, Linda continues to serve as the secretary for Pine Township, Columbia County and has done so for the past 33 years.

Andee Bryan
Andee Bryan is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Tioga County. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Mansfield University in 2004. Prior to joining C&N, she spent seven years as the Associate Director for Student Life and Student Transition at Mansfield University, where she planned, promoted and executed programs and events to successfully engage, retain and transition students to the university.
Upon joining C&N in 2016 as a Business Analyst, she spearheaded the development, implementation and execution of C&N’s electronic imaging project. The following year, she accepted the position of Management Trainee, in which she worked within core banking areas to gain the skills, knowledge, and exposure necessary to successfully advance as a well-rounded employee within the bank.

Rachel Brill
Rachel Brill is a Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Tioga and Potter Counties. She joined C&N in May of 2013, transitioning to her current position in November of 2015. Rachel’s drive and ambition has given her several opportunities to garner success at her position. She earned her B.S. in Business Management and a Minor in Information Systems Management from Pennsylvania State University in 2013. She joined C&N upon graduating and went through the C&N Credit Trainee Program where she spent time learning all aspects of lending, giving her valuable industry experience.
Very active in her community, she is a member of the Rotary Club and a board member for both Penn York Opportunities and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She also spends time doing community service for the Salvation Army.
Jen Frey
Cassie Brelo
Cassie began her banking career in 2001 as an Account Services Representative with Citizens Trust Company in Coudersport, PA where she worked for five years. In 2006, she left the industry temporarily to go to college full time at Mansfield University to pursue a degree in Business Administration. In 2008, Cassie was presented with an opportunity to work full time for Citizens & Northern Bank in Wellsboro, PA in their Deposit Operations Department. Since becoming an employee of Citizens & Northern Bank, Cassie managed their Overdraft Program for three years and then became the IRA Administrator and CD Specialist where she earned the national designation of Certified IRA Services Professional from The Institute of Certified Bankers in 2013. She was chosen to represent Citizens & Northern Bank at the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, Advanced School of Banking in 2013. In May 2015, Cassie was promoted to AVP/Branch Operations Coordinator where her responsibilities included effective management of branch staffing and scheduling models for all branch offices as well as implementation of operating policies and procedures.
Cassie graduated from the PBA Advanced School of Banking in July 2015 where she received the Dr. Philip O. Benham, Jr., Leadership Award, given to the top honor student. In January 2016, she was entrusted with the role of Regional Community Office Manager in addition to her Branch Operations Coordinator duties. She currently oversees two branch regions which include seven branch offices. Cassie has been with C&N for eleven years.
