Steering Committee

Consists of the leadership teams of both banks and the project leaders.  Members include – Brad Scovill, Mark Hughes, Hal Hoose, Tom Rudy, Debbie Scott, Tracy Watkins, Stan Dunsmore, John Reber, Shelley D’Haene and Tom Nelson from C&N. 

Blair Rush, Kelley Cwiklinski, Nancy Krulla, Aaron Sattler,  Vicki Burgos, and Eileen Wass from Covenant Bank 

The Steering Committee will meet bi-weekly and will have the following responsibilities:

• Review and approve key milestones and proposed target date
• Allocation of resources
• Policy decisions
• Companywide decisions
• Responding to issues raised by the Integration Team
• Focus on integration of culture

Integration Team

Consists of the project leaders and functional team leaders.  Project leaders include – Shelley D’Haene and Tom Nelson from C&N and Nancy Krulla and Eileen Wass from Covenant Bank.  We will have functional team leaders for Accounting, Branch, Lending, Deposit Ops, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Risk Management and Treasury.  The leaders of each functional area will be determined.

Project Leaders responsibilities:

• Review functional team project plans to ensure timelines are scheduled appropriately when viewed as a whole. 
• Approve functional team membership. 

The Integration Team will meet weekly and will have the following responsibilities:

• Set priorities and timelines
• Determine scope of work for project teams
• Organize and conduct functional team meetings
• Keep project teams on determined timeline
• Help project teams work through issues
• Determine issues to raise to Steering Committee

Functional Teams

Consists of subject matter experts in each area.  The functional team members will be determined by the project leaders and team leaders.

The functional teams will meet as needed.  Functional team members may dial in for listen only mode to the weekly meetings.  Any questions that arise from the weekly meetings can be discussed with the functional team.  Team leaders will report for each team.

Functional team leader responsibilities:

• Modify implementation plan and set dates consistent with meeting conversion dates
  • Understand overall implementation plan and how the functional team plan fits in
• Making team member recommendations
• Meet assigned deadlines
• Identifies and communicates necessary changes to timing
• Draw from resources when needed
• Identify and solve team specific issues
• Raise issues to integration team that cannot be solved at the functional team level
